Apply to be a research mentor
Research Mentors would join the Assembly for Action staff and serve as a resource to the six or seven Action Scholars in their peer group. Responsibilities include: assisting in the creation of Action Plans, facilitating engaging activities during lectures, and (optional) participating in the Day of Service at a non-profit of your interest. Qualified Research Mentors should have previous experience conducting research and writing proposals. Research Mentor applications are located on the “For Faculty" page:

Action Scholars participate in Assembly for Action’s immersive conference experience by volunteering on the Day of Service, engaging with seminars on community development topics, and writing non-profit project proposals for the chance to win grant funding from the sponsors.
