Meet The Executive Team

We are excited to announce Assembly for Action 2019’s Executive Team! The team is looking forward to meeting this year’s Action Scholars and guiding them on their journeys to accomplishing their unique service projects.

Linnea Dulikravich

Co - Founder & Executive Director


Linnea Dulikravich is a senior majoring in political science and business, specializing in international development and humanitarian assistance. Linnea enjoys learning by doing and has done so through on-campus research, as well as internships with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, U.S. Commercial Service, the Florida Supreme Court, and U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Linnea co-founded Assembly for Action because she believes universities have a duty to empower their students to serve their communities beyond campus boundaries.

Adam Kozloski

Co - Founder & Conference Chair


Adam Kozloski is a senior majoring in political science and economics with minors in sociology, European Union studies, and business administration. He is involved at UF in roles including Chomp the Vote chair, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Council member, and state director of Civic Duty. Adam served the Gainesville community in Spring 2019 as the city’s Engagement Fellow. He was born in Japan but grew up in Coral Gables, Florida. Adam co-founded Assembly for Action because he saw a disconnect between UF and the city and truly believes student involvement within the community is better for everyone.


Gustavo Duran

Co-Chief of Staff

Gus Duran is a second year political science major from Bogotá, Colombia, who enjoys running and reading. He is excited to give back to the Gainesville community for everything that the community has given him through his work with AFA.


Samantha Gildea

Co-Chief of Staff

Sam Gildea is a sophomore from Portland, Oregon, studying international relations and Russian studies with a minor in east-central European studies. She joined AFA’s staff because she believes AFA give students a unique opportunity to make ideas a reality.


 Sabrina Conza

Director of Public Engagement

Sabrina Conza is an honors senior from Deerfield Beach, Florida, majoring in journalism with a minor in history. Sabrina is involved with AFA because she is passionate about helping top UF students make a difference within the Gainesville community.


Stephanie Gonzalez

Director of speaker Relations

Stephanie Gonzalez, originally from Miami, is a fourth year advertising major with a minor in women's studies. AFA combines a few of her favorite things: event planning, community service, and nonprofits. She joined staff to make a difference at UF and in Gainesville.


Nikhita Nookala

Nikhita Nookala is a sophomore majoring in Microbiology and minoring in Health Disparities. She is working with Assembly for Action because she is passionate about bringing knowledge about service work within UF and the Gainesville community to the public.


Lucia Girado

Assistant Director of Public Engagement

Lucia Girado is a senior from Jensen Beach, Florida, majoring in visual studies and minoring in health promotion with a passion for the arts in science field. She is a 2018 Action Scholar and is committed to facilitating the opportunity for others to experience AFA.


Jessica Martinez

assistant Director of Speaker Relations

Jessica Martinez is a second-year political science and public relations major. She is dedicated to helping her community and its individuals grow. Being part of AFA allows her to be involved in making both these things happen.


Savannah Herrington

Director of Philanthropy

Savannah Herrington is a senior majoring in psychology with a minor in family, youth, and community sciences. She has worked with many Gainesville nonprofits and believes in helping students engage in fulfilling experiences that also benefit the local community.


Adriana Gonzalez

Assistant Director of Philanthropy

Adriana Gonzalez is a senior majoring in microbiology and cell science. She is originally from Orlando, Florida. Adriana joined the Assembly for Action team because she believes it is her duty to give back to her community and to help those in need.


Ashpreet Kaur

assistant Director of Philanthropy

Ashpreet Kaur earned a bachelor’s and master's in environmental science from Panjab University in India. At UF, she is pursuing a PhD in environmental sociology. She joined AFA as a pathway to working in consulting or policy-making and with environmental NGOs.


Rachel Marks

assistant Director of Philanthropy

Rachel marks is a junior Political Science and Public Relations major passionate about nonprofit leadership. She has previously worked as a social media intern with Gainesville for All and as a Case Work and Policy Analyst intern for the Irish Innocence Project.


Laiken Cowley

assistant Director of Scholar Recruitment

Laiken Cowley is a sophomore from Jupiter, Florida, studying political science. She is excited to work with AFA because she wants to help others make a positive impact on the community.


Jeff Granims

Director of LOGISTICS

Jeff Granims is a sophomore computer engineering student from LaBelle, Florida. He is passionate about helping those around him, which led him to join the AFA team.


Eli Chudnow

Eli Chudnow is a sophomore from Plano, Texas, majoring in Finance and minoring in Actuarial Sciences. He joined the Assembly for Action team because he loves the community and enjoys learning about the initiatives of local non-profits around him.


Carlos Jimenez Jr.

Director of Scholar Recruitment

Carlos Jimenez Jr. is a sophomore from Coral Gables, Florida, majoring in microbiology and cell science with a minor in business administration. He is staffing AFA because he loves serving the community and meeting the bright and creative individuals who attend UF.

Janelle Radcliffe

assistant Director of Scholar Recruitment

Janelle Radcliffe is a sophomore history major, on a pre-law track. She is passionate about helping others and has volunteered at several nonprofits in Gainesville and South Florida. She is excited to bring more manpower to Gainesville's nonprofits.


Sydney Murphy

assistant Director of LOGISTICS

Sydney Murphy is a junior from New Smyrna Beach, Florida, majoring in English with a minor in physics. She was previously an AFA intern and was inspired to continue on staff because she saw the significant impact last year’s conference had on local nonprofits.
